Mouthguards Victoria will come to sporting clubs and schools at arranged times to take impressions. Order forms can be forwarded to an administrator prior to organised date(s) to streamline the process.
The mouthguards will be fabricated, returned to the venue and fitted within a 2 week period.
Receipts are issued with the completed mouthguard so maximum rebates can be claimed.
